there are ripping tutorial include with game data you can extract it as obj

so when i try "cpk_unpack killerqueen.txd" it says cpk signatures not found what do i have to do

you don't unpack the txd or dff file, you can't just convert the file to normal obj it need rigging way
you need the actual game data you download there in mega folder "source folder" then download "spc" you find "xfbin file" this is the game model. unpack it with xfbin fixer
then after unpacked you get "out" file you can use noesis to open it and extract to obj

sorry for little dificult but i recommend just find these jojo model around internet, some of them should be uploaded somewhere
